How Often Do I Need My Windows Cleaned?
Cleans can be one off, 4 weekly or 8 weekly - whatever suits your needs.
We agree a price and frequency of clean on our initial visit and then from there our systems mean that you don't need to wait in on your clean day - we will remind you the day before that we are due & payments can be made by cash, PayPal or bank transfer.
We don't just clean your glass! We ensure that all of the window frame's, sills and doors are left clean meaning that that they are free from dirt which often causes damage over time.
We have every confidence you will be happy with our high standards of work, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a
next working day free re-clean if advised within 24 hours.
Why do you use Water Fed Pole systems and not traditional window cleaning methods?
The days of needing a ladder bucket and squeegee to clean the windows of Stafford are gone!
Pure Water Fed Pole Systems mean that from ground level your windows can be cleaned to an exceptional level.
A Water Fed Pole System also provides more privacy for you; you wont find an unexpected face at your window as we work some distance away.
A Water Fed Pole System also means that windows which ladders cannot access can easily be reached meaning we can offer to clean those windows your previous traditional window cleaner may never have been able to get to. It also cleans windows to a better standard than a squeegee; the brush can get into the crevices and provides a better finish to the edges of the glass but also the frame and sill.
Any windows above ground floor level should ideally not be done in the traditional manner for the purposes of Health & Safety. Cleaning from the ground is safer for you and us.
And, finally, always keen to do our part for plant earth; the Water Fed Pole System is more environmentally friendly than other options.
How does a Water Fed Pole System work?
We use the best technology and purified water to make sure that the finish is perfectly clear windows. Tap water is run through our system which removes any minerals and impurities before it is applied to your windows meaning that they should also stay cleaner for longer.
Our telescopic poles feed purified water through the brush and onto the window. Once the dirt is loosened with the brush purified water than rinses away any dirt and because it is purified (there are no deposits in it like tap water) it leaves no marks once dried.
Some cleaners operate a Pole System that is not purified and those systems will most likely leave water marks on your glass. Traditional Window Cleaning means that at some point unclean water is being applied to your window as well as a used cloth. With our systems clean purified water is constantly applied.
Can you clean my windows in any weather?
The only weather we don't clean in is extremely high winds or heavy snow/dangerous ice for obvious reasons.
It is a common misconception that windows cant be cleaned in the rain. Rain doesn't make the window dirty but it does make dirty windows worse. It is the dirt that is the issue not the rain. Rain falling onto a freshly cleaned window will run straight off, whereas when it hits a dirty window it clings to the dust and dirt particles making it even worse.
Our purified Water Fed Pole System means the windows have no particles on them after the clean; if you have a window cleaner that doesn't use purified water then they cannot offer you the same guarantee, as the water they apply to your windows is not filtered. Purified Water is the key. Some window cleaners opt for hot water as an alternative to Purified water. We don't. Applying hot water to cold windows put you at risk of frost damage. Using our cold purified water we can work in colder climates.

Craig is a pleasant guy does a brilliant job and I would recommend him to anyone, he also wipes the frames down after the windows are clean and for someone to do that is practically unheard of these days. 01 Terms & Conditions
By accepting our quote or by using this website you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of 3C Window Cleaning.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all instructions to commence a clean at your property.
02 Frequency
We work to a 4 or 8 weekly schedule (alternative schedules are available on request) all year round.
The time and day of your next clean will be confirmed within 7 days of us attending and by no later than 24 hours advance notice.
We do ask for some flexibility from time to time on timescales either side of the scheduled clean due to extreme weather, holidays or matters out of our control.
03 Weather
Our WF Pole Reach and Wash system works in all weather conditions. The quality of your window clean will not be affected by rain or snow as described above.
We offer a year-round service and usually only high winds or deep snow will effect our services in which case we shall reschedule should we feel that it is unsafe for a clean to be completed. Where this applies we will notify you by call, text or email.
04 Access
Should we be unable to access any part of your property we will only clean the accessible areas.
This may still be charged at your normal clean price but we shall aim to to return to clean the restricted area as soon as we are able to upon request.
To avoid this situation, please ensure safe access is available on the clean date.
05 Cancelled Cleans
1 weeks notice before your scheduled clean is required for you to cancel or reschedule.
We reserve the right to charge you the full price if you turn us away or cancel on the day of the clean.
Weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing or cancelling our services.
If you decide to permanently cancel our services please notify us by telephone or by email. We require notice of 1 further completed clean to end your service agreement with us. In the event access is refused an invoice will be issued for the cancelled clean amount and the usual T&C for payment apply.
06 Health & safety
This is of paramount importance to us. If we deem any conditions to be unfit we reserve the right to decline a clean until conditions are safe.
Wherever possible, we do not use ladders for window cleaning, climb on or over fences, roofs and garages. This is not safe for us nor for your property.
We carry full public liability insurance and DBS checks which are available for viewing upon request.
07 Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued upon completion of your clean and must be settled in full within 7 days by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. A £5 late payment charge may be applied for accounts not settled within 14 days.
If non payment exceeds 28 days We reserve the right to suspend your account and to share your details with a collection agency to recover the debt, for which you will be liable for all related charges and fees.
08 Damages
3C Window Cleaning do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property, such as, but not limited to, ill-fitting windows, doors, fascia's, guttering, window or conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents or scratches .
09 Miscellaneous
3C Window Cleaning reserve the right to refuse a clean at any point it is deemed appropriate to do so.
3C Window Cleaning reserve the right to amend a quote should it become apparent on attending at your property that misleading information has been given as to the level of work which is to be undertaken. Such amendment will be agreed in advance of the clean being completed.
